I ordered two 6" Pvc Ceiling Light Fittings. When they arrived the one had a large melted blob of plastic on it from poor manuafacuring and the other was badly scratched all over. STEP have now taken them back for replacement, I hope this process will go better than the original order!

Living in a Metropolitan city I expected the delivery lead time to be way shorter than what it was. Some of the very useful products you provide require a much quickened delivery time; between the time, I presume you take to order from the supplier and the time your delivery company take to deliver something is amiss.
