The sales team were very helpful.However the User Guide was generic. Toyota are trying to stop paper use. I think that is unacceptable when buying an expensive car with a large amount of technical information. This in no way reflects on the sales team who have been very helpful.

A nice welcome, all the staff very pleasant and courteous. Sales and exchange process smooth, a few issues with the handover of the new vehicle, the most notable being the failure to place the rust preventing seals, during the PDI. I’ve purchased 3 other cars at Steven Eagell, and there has never been an issue. So hopefully this was an isolated mistake
