Had been dealing with another Toyota dealership in Staffordshire. Although they did most of the ground work in getting us to move from Mazda to Toyota, they were struggling to get the model and colour of car we were after. Could see on Autotrader that the Steven Eagell Chelmsford branch had a car that we were looking for. As we were down in Essex visiting family, decided to drop in and see the car. Found the staff to be really helpful, and following a test drive decided to look no further and buy the car. Thanks to Shak Ahmad for making the purchase of the car quick and seamless, and also for his after sales support.
Extremely poor service at the Wolverhampton branch. Happy to quickly respond to queries when purchasing a car, but radio silence afterwards once they've got your money.Paid hundreds for front and rear dash cams that remain uninstalled months later. The sales team completely unable to arrange appointments with their service department to give me what I’ve paid for. Utterly disorganised.Typical used car salespeople. Bunch of snakes.Avoid.
I couldnt believe the service I got. One person in particular was the hostess Deena. She was very good at making us feel comfortable and keeping us entertained whilst we waited for a salesperson. Deena is a credit to your organisation.
I want to say a huge thank you to Steven Eagle Toyota in Horsham, Sussex. I drive a Toyota and from my own stupidity flat the battery. I was close to this garage, I walked in, warm reception and helpful staff. Within 5 minutes a mechanic took me to my car and started the car. Ive been a Toyota fan for a long long time and this is why, great company with great ethics. Thank you so very much to the mechanic and staff who helped me out.
paid £430 for a full car service. Got my car back dirty—interior not cleaned at all. Called to complain and was told cleaning is "complimentary" and not guaranteed. Seriously? For that kind of money, you'd expect at least a clean car. Speechless.update:I got following response from them: "I have read through this and it does not state it is a part of the service it states for the final piece of customer satisfaction a clean will be carried out,"He is explaining following text mentioned on Toyota website:"And for that final piece of customer satisfaction, we will vacuum, wash and valet your Corolla, and a visual safety report will be provided when you come to collect your car."Final recommendation: Avoid this service center.
I visited this Gatwick dealer last month. I am very impressed with the quality of customer service I received at this dealership. very friendly environment. My car case was handled by Martin Sears, who was very professional and attentive throughout the entire purchase process. Very quick responsive to the queries and the car delivery process was very smooth and handover was professional. loving my new Lexus NX 350h.
