Fantastic Composite Door fitted

I recently had a Composite Door fitted by the St Helens Windows Team and they were nothing but great from start to finish we have only absolute praise for this organisation. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new composite door.

SNEAKY LABOUR AND CALL OUT CHARGES for faulty goods?

If you are ever tempted to buy from this company ALWAYS CHECK THIER GUARANTEE SMALL PRINT which excludes all labour, site visit and replacement or repair labour costs after the first twelve months of their so-called ten year guarantee. This is, in my opinion, effectively cheating customers who should NOT have to pay anything towards repairing doors or windows that have faults. The sales team stresses the long guarantee but never draws attention to the fact that they expect you to pay all labour for replacing or repairing what goes wrong.Unless you think their practice is fair you should AVOID THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY GET RID OF THIS PRACTICES.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY …

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!Had 3 doors fitted and new front panel to porch.1 of the glass panels to porch didn't have correct design on so they re-fitted the old glass,i didn't pay the full invoice and retained £150 until sorted. 2 weeks go by no apology no contact.Then get a phone call to say correct glass here we will fit the following Tuesday,I ring them back and say I,m not happy with the whole experience and will live with the old glass and that's the end of the matter, no problem st.helens glass say.Then I get another phone call saying the glass is here, we might as well fit it,it will be free of charge,and sorry for the inconvenience, they come round fit the glass, repair 1 of the door locks that wouldn,t lock properly and then present me with an invoice for the £150,that they said would be free of charge UNBELEIVABLE.Then the phone calls start demanding the £150,finally the boss rings, he tells me all calls are recorded,obviously there not and threatens me with their debt collector laughing to himself implying the debt collector would sort me out !!!!!! Have reported threats to police
