From start to finish my overall experience has been great.Somebody came out, fully explained the product and process. Measurement completed quickly there after with the door being fitted approx 8 weeks after, which aligned with our expected duration. The guy fitting was very professional and curious throughout. Love the door, totally transformed the entrance. Thanks guys for a great experience
Starting from telephone call, sales person visit and installation both front and back doors it was great experience. There was no pressure on us at any point, so we felt relaxed and in control of everything. Person who installed doors was very friendly and professional. I wish we knew about this company earlier to install our windows, as it was not good at all.Definitely recommend it to anyone and glad we supported local business.Happy Clients

Had all windows /doors renewed throughout the house. Initial contact was with sales rep Ben and although his quotation was not the lowest of the 4 prior quotations we had received we felt he was by far more professional and knowledgeable in the product he was selling.On placing the order we were advised fitting would be in around 6 weeks time , and work was carried out as scheduled.Lewis and Euan were the fitters who carried the work out and we found both of them to be polite , helpful in any queries we had and their standard of work was first class. All work was completed within time period stated for job , workspace was cleaned up every evening and all rubbish removed daily.Standard of quality of both work and windows /doors fitted are excellent , and we would highly recommend this company .
Ongoing problem with purchase. Communication standards are abysmal, and from my experience, once customers have paid for an item they are of no interest to this company. The Remedials Department must be constantly under pressure as trying to contact a relevant member of staff can be impossible. Perhaps this speaks for the quality and aftercare of the company itself.
We had an orangery built about 7 years ago and it was perfect so when we needed new windows and a veranda recently we didn’t consider going anywhere else. We know we could have got the things cheaper but we wanted quality and reliability in the workmanship. From the initial contact until the job was completed we were not disappointed. The plans for the windows and the veranda was discussed to our specification which was a little unorthodox but designed and madeto exactly how we wanted. On the agreed date the guys turned up to start work. They were 3 of the most polite, considerate and tidiest tradesmen we had had doing any work for us. They were also efficient and worked solidly for 2 days. Our veranda is very special and I would recommend getting one if you are considering a summer house. We needed a couple of things doing after the installation due to some minor snags and this is where “Mike” came in not only was he professional and meticulous but he was a thorough gentleman. with respect to not only the products but to us. He is a fantastic ambassador for St Helens windows . All the staff we dealt with were very nice. I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company in the future should we require anything else (porch possible)Show less
