Review Time
Just had a new front door fitted very happy with customer service from start to finish, I even asked for lyndsey to revists my home and go through the design of the door with my partner before we went ahead and she did no problem. Was told the door would be fitted within 6 weeks after the surveyor had been a week later but infact it was fitted earily than this and we love it ! Would highly recommend.
From the initial quote visit to the various stages of the build we had nothing but an excellent service. The bricklayer, surveyor, fitters and plasterer provided a very professional and extremely competent service. Our new porch looks stunning. The office kept us updated each step of the way and were most helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. You will not be disappointed.
Well what can I say st Helens windows are an excellent company everything was spot on from start to finish. From communication to insolation nothing was too much trouble.I had a new front door and back door fitted on the 10/06/22 the fitter came at 9.30am and was finished at 1.30pm. Very experienced friendly and very tidy.Will definitely be having them back soon to have my windows fitted.Thank you st Helens windows I love my new door's 🙂👍
We are now sitting ‘outside, but inside’ thank you for our lovely new conservatory. The teams of builders, installers, electricians, plasterers & locksmiths were all friendly and professional. Thanks to them all.Diane &Alan
Just had an engineer Mike who is new to company out to fix a problem bifold doors we had fitted last year. He was very polite and professionable seems to have solved the problem although if we do have to call again as we have a couple of times we always get attentive service immediately keep up the good work all at St helens windows
We have had most of the windows in our house replaced by St. Helens Windows, and have just gone back to them for our final two windows, having been pleased by the standard of work and professionalism in the past. The work has just been completed. Scott was polite, friendly and efficient. The job was done neatly and well; I have just read a previous review, and from that a few others, and doubt that they are genuine. If so, they must be writing about a different company.
MY DAUGHTER MADE THE UNFORTUNATE MISTAKE OF BUYING A DOOR OF THIS COMPANY.BEING A SINGLE MOTHER OF 2 AND WORKING FULL TIME SHE ASKED MY HUSBAND AND I TO HELP HER FIND A COMPANY TO FIT A NEW COMPOSITE DOOR AS HER OLD ONE WAS INSECURE,MY HUSBAND LOOKED AT THIS COMPANIES WEBSITE BUT THE DOOR SECTION DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY SO WE HAD TO ASK FOR A HOME VISIT,LIVING 25 MILES FROM MY DAUGHTERS HOUSE WE HAD TO TRAVEL TO HELP HER ON THE DAY THE SALES PERSON WAS VISITING , THE SALES BOY LOOKED LIKE HE WAS A COUPLE OF DAYS OUT OF COLLEGE HE MEASURED THE DOOR AND GAVE MY DAUGHTER A CATALOGUE TO PICK A DOOR HE NEVER GAVE US ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE DOOR SO MY HUSBAND ASKED ABOUT THE LOCKING SYSTEM HE SAID IT WAS GOOD HE OBVIOUSLY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OR COULD NOT BE BOTHERED.OUR DAUGHTER WAS KEEN TO BUY LOCAL BUT WE TOLD HER TO HAVE A THINK BEFORE BUYING.AFTER A WEEK OR SO SHE DECIDED TO BUY FROM ST HELENS WINDOWS AFTER LEAVING A DEPOSIT SHE WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 2 MONTHS BEFORE IT WOULD BE FITTED 3 MONTHS LATER AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS THEY ARRANGED A FITTING DATE WE HAD TO VISIT MY DAUGHTER AGAIN ON THIS DAY AS SHES UNEASY WITH STRANGERS IN HER HOME ,THE MAN TURNED UP 2 HOURS LATE IN A PEOPLE CARRIER ?AND STUGGLED TO GET THE DOOR OUT AFTER 4 HOURS OF SPITTING ON MY DAUGHTERS STEP AND CONSTANTLY ANSWERING HIS PHONE HE SAID THE JOB WAS DONE AND LEFT WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION OF HOW THE DOOR LOCKS ETC.MY HUSBAND IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THE DOOR WAS VERY STIFF TO LOCK AND WAS NOT FITTED STRAIGHT MY DAUGHTER SAID SHE WOULD CALL THEM TO ASK ABOUT DEFECTS.WE LEFT OUR DAUGHTER TO DEAL WITH THIS.A WEEK WENT BY WHEN OUR DAUGHTER CALLED TO SAY TO SAY THE DOOR WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN AND SHES BEEN USING THE BACKDOOR FOR NEARLY A WEEK MY HUSBAND TOLD HER NOT TO PAY BALANCE UNTIL THEY SORTED THE PROBLEMS BUT APPARENTLY ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION SHE RECEIVED A CALL ASKING FOR-FULL PAYMENT SHE MENTIONED THE ISSUES BUT THE WOMAN INSISTED ON PAYMENT AND WAS VERY RUDE SHE SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL TO DISCUSS THE DOOR ISSUES.ITS NOW BEEN NEARLY FIVE MONTHS AND ST HELENS WINDOWS INITIALLY SENT A MAN OUT FOR TEN MINUTES HE LOOKED AT THE DOOR AND SAID HE WILL CALL BACK LATER STILL WAITING.MY DAUGHTER HAS CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES EACH TIME THEY MAKE EXCUSES FROM DENYING THEY DID THE JOB TO PROMISING THEY WILL ARRANGE A VISIT ,THIS COMPANY IS HORRENDOUSLY DISHONEST MY DAUGHTER HAS NOT USED HER FRONT DOOR FOR NEARLY 5 MONTHS SHES SPENT ALL HER MONEY AND THIS COMPANY COULDNT CARE LESS ONCE THEY'VE GOT YOUR MONEY YOUR ON YOUR OWN.I WISH WE HAD READ REVIEWS ON THIS WEBSITE PRIOR TO DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.STHELENS WINDOWS JACKSON STREET BE WARNED
