anycubic had been a great company with great products. They have helped me with tech support with fast responses and detail steps for troubleshooting and have replaced parts to continue printing. I had a issue with a ace pro cord and they help me with a replacement and fast delivery.
We had an issue where a small roller came out of the discharge chute. Could not locate where it belonged. So emailed the vender through Amazon. I was automatically notified that they received my email. It stated someone would contact us. In my email I included pics of the roller. The next day I received a link which showed me where the roller was to be installed. It installed easily and seemed to lock in place. Excellent detailed information and quick. Was worried the printer would get damaged or unusable but back operating 100 percent. Thank you for your quick response and detailed information.
One of the belts from my equipment broke, and when I reached out to the support team, they addressed my issue remarkably fast. The initial response was so quick that I thought it was automated, but it was a genuine reply to my concern. They even offered to send me a replacement belt. Highly recommended!
