I bought an S1 (Kobra), a fantastic piece of equipment. I had a small problem, but the service was quick and resolved. I will definitely be a customer again, buying more equipment from them!!!

Great Support

I find the Anycubic Support very easy to deal with. Bell is great. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for them to get back to you but there is a time difference, so just be aware of that. Also if you haven't received a reply then check your spam folder. As long as you supply some pictures and a description of your issue, they will always assist. Really for me just based on after service alone, I wouldn't think twice about buying another Anycubic product.

I use several devices and have been very satisfied over the years. Product updates come regularly and bring new improvements. The support is also extremely impressive. Issues are resolved quickly and easily. The last support request was answered and solved in under 24 hours! If replacement parts are needed, they are provided without any hassle. I am extremely satisfied with the company and their products—thanks to their excellent support, I have absolutely no complaints. Top manufacturer!

I bought a printer last year and it has…

I bought a printer last year and it has been in a storage room in the box for the first 6 months, i only got to use the Machine 2 months, b fire EVERYTHING started to break, i kept buying new parts, only for new stuff to go wrong and apparently, they only offer 6 months of warranty on the bed. Which i am pretty sure is illegal in Europe.
