Got my first 3D printer Kobra S1 Combo. I'm new to this world. Printer and filaments arrived on-schedule!I'm happy with stock firmware and slicer for Mac. everything works! Also experienced amazing customer service when a filament got stuck in extruder and to fix it, extruder was damaged and Anycubic supported me by sending a replacement part.For future, would be nice to get some 3D printable replacements in their makeronline site.

I currently own several products from Anycubic.

I currently own several products ordered from the Anycubic store. Had a issue with one of the newer units Kobra S1 combo. After contacting the Anycubic Support team and providing the issue details the Anycubic was quick to provide a positive solution and sent a replacement parts needed to restore the device functionality.

Issue with Firmware on kobra S1

Printer do not print g-code loaded from USB-stick.Error code 10133!After a support ticket I recieved a link do new FW and after installing all works well!I believe that correct FW should have been installed the first place! Perhaps a list in the anycubuc slicer that states a proper FW no. It took long time to realize this!
