Tech support answered my e-mail so fast it was sitting in my inbox for a couple hours until I noticedThey sent simple check that solved the auto level problem and I was printing in about fifteen minutesI must say they were the quickest tech support I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you again Nelson!

Lots of printer for good money

I am very happy with my Kobra 3 Max Combo.There were problems with the delivery at the beginning and then also with the USB ports.But these were resolved very quickly and to my complete satisfaction by the support team.A product is only as good as its support and that's exactly what AnyCubic has!Thank you

After few years with my old 3d printer, Anycubic i3 mega, it was time to refresh my machine and so i ordered kobra s1 combo. I was always happy with the product and service they have provided and have to say that they are still great. recommend to everyone.

Great printer, even better support

I bought the Anycubic Kobra 3 Max recently, and overall I'm really happy with it. It prints well, the build volume is huge, and once dialed in, it delivers solid results.That said — it wasn't completely problem-free. I ran into some Y-axis inaccuracy issues (oval holes), which took some time to diagnose. But here's the thing: Anycubic support was absolutely outstanding.They listened carefully, suggested solutions, and when the issue wasn't fully resolved, they didn't hesitate — they offered to send me a replacement motherboard, no questions asked. They even prioritized my shipment and personally made sure the warehouse would handle it quickly.It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products like this. Yes, there may be minor issues from time to time, but the way they treat their customers makes all the difference.I'll update the review once I install the new board — but for now, 5 stars for the printer and a huge thank you to the support team!

Wonderful experience

I had an unusual error with my printer and it took a few parts to figure out what was wrong due to the strangeness of it but they were always helpful and understanding i have always loved anycubic machines and will always tell people to buy them and their customer service is awsome also
