I recently purchased a Kobra S1 from Anycubic. I had to reach out to get a replacement part on a Saturday. I figured I would have to wait until Monday for someone to even read my email. Instead of waiting, I got a response later that day, verified my address, and my new part is shipped already...
Bought my 3d-printer from Anycubic. I am happy with my purchase and my 3d-printer has been working overtime and in 1½ month has been printing for 463h and counting. Had an issue with the ACE unit and sent a ticket, answer came in about 12h and issue was resolved. Good customerservice and i know that they will continue to develop the printer.

The team from Anycubic has been incredibly responsive when messaging them regarding issues with delayed filament deliveries due to colors being out of stock/back ordered or with other technical issues.I was hesitant at first when ordering my S1 Kobra from them, but now if I had the space, I would want to also get their Kobra 3 MAX.They have great deals on their filament and even better when ordered in bulk 10kg or 20kg orders are best.10/10 would recommend to anyone on the fence.Seriously considering buying the Kobra 3 MAX😅…
