I had an issue with my ACE Pro unit and Anycubic, sent me multiple parts to fix it and when one cable broke because I couldn't get it out it was to secure, they sent me a new one even though it was partially my fault. They also help me in the past with my Kobra 2. In my opinion Anycubic likes to take good care of their customers.
The LCD on a photon mono 4 ultra went out. I had reached out to support and they followed up on my issue. They sent me an LCD replacement. The support page was not working for me and I had to use the chat to fill out a ticket. The support email does go to spam, so check your spam folders. Thanks!
Had an issue with a Kobra 3 Combo (1st gen) and support was initially dismissive but when I explained in more detail they resolved the issue quickly with a replacement part. (Accelerometer failed and another issue). Their responses were quick but emails often went to spam. I also purchased an S1 Combo, but haven't had the chance to test it thoroughly yet.
There was accident with my printer recently, so I contacted the service. I was even ready to purchase the necessary parts myself, but they all provided me with a guarantee. The service responded very quickly and immediately sent the details. I am very satisfied with the work of the service
The support team responds quickly, tries to understand the situation. Regarding my problem of not displaying ACE when connecting the Cobra S1 via a cloud service, the ACE board will be issued, after replacing it, I hope the problem will be solved.
