Really great service

Really great service. Support is answering fast and very helpful on problems. Also sending replacement parts on guarantee problems. I like the Kobra 3 very much. And for those critics... every 3d printer will have problems sooner or later, like those 2d printers, too :-) So support is very important.

Mark from service really excelled at his job! We went back and forth with troubleshooting steps but unfortunately they didn't work, so he is sending me a new print head module. I was afraid that I had to throw away my 3d printer! My kids will be happy again. Thanks Mark!

Review Kobra 3 max.

Review Kobra 3 max.Got this the end of april and I have had 1 minor problem(missing part) And 2 major problems. First problem required a new motherboard and second is the hot end. I am waiting for that to be delivered. It does take a little while getting the part but they in China so that's understandable

The continued and quick response til my problem was resolved. I received a brand new Kobra 3 Max that would not auto level without smashing the head into the print bed. They worked with me to diagnose and fix the problem. They shipped out the parts I needed and I replaced them and was up and printing!

Anycubic Customer Service for After-Sales Support

I recently reached out to Anycubic regarding a malfunction with the camera. They promptly provided me with troubleshooting steps to follow. Unfortunately, those steps didn't resolve the issue. However, I truly appreciate that Anycubic replaced the camera without hesitation. Their willingness to assist was commendable!P/S: Mark is the representative I communicated with from Anycubic.
