Great customer service for spare parts

I had small accident with my printer, needed spare part. Wrote to customer service team and what i needed was already on the go few days later. I cannot stress enough how small things like this make Anycubic excellent partner to work with, even for small customer.

ACE Pro working fine now

Explained my issue with the ACE Pro and provided a video of the problem as it was happening. They shipped me a replacement part after identifying the correct solution. All is good now and I am printing with all 4 colours.

Prompt service

I ordered the Kobra 3 Max 3d printer directly from Anycubic. The printer arrived within 2 weeks.Unfortunately after assembly I experienced 2 problems. The first was with shuddering when the bed travels at speed to the extreme end of the -Y axis. The second was getting an error when going through the auto leveling procedure.I contacted support centre and received prompt and direct assistance.The shuddering problem is solved while a replacement part is going to be sent under warranty.
