I had a 3-D printer go haywire and scratch up my build plate.After receiving my email, anycubic didn't only replace the build plate, but also the hotend too, Without Much struggle or questionsThat is satisfactory customer service. If i've ever seen one, 5 stars. Forget what i said. The sent replacement parts that broke immediately after it got here
