Awesome after service support. An unnamed shipping company literally destroyed my first printer and Anycubic sent out a replacement quickly. Then a filament jam caused a problem with my ACE unit. Why do filament manufacturers put a serious bend at the end of the roll? Anyways Anycubic is sending a replacement feeding part even though it wasn't their fault.
Having an issue with my Ace Pro for my Kobra S1 printer. Mark from customer service reviewed the videos that I sent after preforming the troubleshooting steps. He promptly determined that the motherboard was faulty and is sending a replacement. Excellent service!
I cannot believe the great service this company provides. My hotbed wire broke. My son was able to fix it. But when the screws were tightened to tight and I couldn’t do my maintenance on my machine the railing got too dry. Without lubricant metal shavings started showing up. I contacted the company and they just sent me a new hotbed. Didn’t even bat an eye. Every Anycubic printing group I am in on Facebook brags about their customer service support. They are on it right away. I definitely will be buying another Anycubic printer. You can not go wrong buying one of these. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Thank you Anycubic for your outstanding service!!! Couldn’t be more proud to own their products!
