I had ran several prints with no issue, but I noticed the part fan wasn't working. When I checked it, the connector was broken. Customer service responded to the issue within a couple of hours of submitting the request through the website and I had a replacement part within a week. Very happy with the speed at which they responded to my issue.
I had a few questions about print profiles for the Kobra S1 and Kobra 3 MAX. Support replied back real fast. I'm a little discouraged the profiles are not there and probably will not be there any time soon. Most of the support team is AWESOME. There is one I will never do business with again since she always tries to find a reason to deny everything.

The Kobra S1 printer has performed phenomenally for over 800 hours of printing. I had a major malfunction due to my own error and their support team's response was prompt and sent me the parts I needed to get back to printing. I've had 2 anycubic printers so far and look forward to owning more.
