Technical support is greatI've had some print issues after a while and tech support not only helped me solve the issue by looking at the videos and pictures I've provided them of my prints, but very efficiently shipped me spare parts and checked for the problem being solved.Moreover, answer times are usually very shorts and answers are in depth and not hurried.10/10 would (and will) buy their products again
Order a Kobra S1 Combo to replace my 7 year old i3 Mega and I have been so happy with this printer.Now the clamed 15min and its up is a bit of a stretch and its more like 30-45, but this was the 1st printer after unboxing it I didn't have to spend hours fine tuning and trying to get the perfect level, I just ran through the steps and every print has been perfect.Now I'm not saying I don't have issues, I did have to work with support with my ACE Pro, Slot 2 stop detecting the filament at times and would cause issues but there support team had me do a few steps and determine were the issue is and the new part is on its way, yeah it sucks loosing a slot on my ACE Pro but its just like any machine some times you just have a bad part, no fault to AnyCubic or any one in the manufacturing team, it just happens.Would I buy another? If I could I so would in a heart beat, maybe one day ill get a Kobra 3 Max..... If I can find the room for one.
Nelson from Anycubic and I communicated for over a week. He calmly went through suggestions to find the problem I was having after I blew up my motherboard in my Photon M3 Max. I was beginning to worry when about 2 days ago he made a suggestion that seemed too simple (turn the cable over in the connector) but fixed all my problems. Well done, Nelson!
Had an issue with my extruder, upon emailing the company they responded extremely quickly. Especially considering the difference in time zones. Obi from the anycubic team worked with me on troubleshooting and coming to a resolution to the issue. Best company I have ever dealt with, highly recommend them and their customer service is top notch.
Firstly, the printer is great, but when issues arise (I am 100,% new to 3d printing) AnyCubic have been responsive, sometimes you need to wait a few hours as I am in a different time zone.They always assist, and when having consistent problems have done their best to resolve.Only wish they had a phone like for tech support as I find it easier to follow than written directions.
