Motor Fault

After sending the logs to Anycubic regarding an abnormal motor rotation in my Anycubic Ace Pro they promptly are sending a motherboard for the fix. I hope that this is the fix and not a different issue. Haven't received the product yet and it sucks that something is broken and I haven't had the product for 30 days yet. Regardless, good customer service that helped me throughout the process and willing to work with you to help fix problems you have.

They deliver quality products and stand behind them. I have been very impressed by the capabilities of the Kobra 2 Pro I purchased. After a few months of ownership, one of the motors failed and they stood behind their product and shipped a replacement for free.

Excellent Support and High-Quality Products

I had problems with my AMS

I had problems with my AMS. It turned out that the issue was caused by the extruder. The support team was very helpful and immediately sent me a new one free of charge. Response times to inquiries were very short.
