After sending the logs to Anycubic regarding an abnormal motor rotation in my Anycubic Ace Pro they promptly are sending a motherboard for the fix. I hope that this is the fix and not a different issue. Haven't received the product yet and it sucks that something is broken and I haven't had the product for 30 days yet. Regardless, good customer service that helped me throughout the process and willing to work with you to help fix problems you have.
They deliver quality products and stand behind them. I have been very impressed by the capabilities of the Kobra 2 Pro I purchased. After a few months of ownership, one of the motors failed and they stood behind their product and shipped a replacement for free.
