I am so pleased to say that this HAS been resolved - and QUICKLY - using email. The personal touch is much better. I hope they sort out the computerised method of returns etc. I began an order on December 10th for a shirt with MBuemo personalisation. A shirt arrived but without the personalisation. I began a return process which was eventually resolved. I then ordered a shirt again with Mbuemo personalisation . A shirt was received but with B.Fernandes personalisation. I used the approriate return portal, uploaded the image of the received, incorrect shirt and was told this was being forwarded to appropriate department. The response I received accepted the fault and asked me to state whether I would like a replacement shirt or a refund. As it was for a child's Christmas present I requested a replacement shirt. The response also said I would be kept informed as to progress. Despite being only able to get through via the help section of the portal, I had to make several requests all being dealt with by computer . I subsequently get the same type of email responses from several different people . I am still waiting to hear anything, or receive the shirt. My son and grandchildren have, over many years bought Manchester United shirts, all through the official shop or Megastore. There has been the odd 'blip' over the years but we have continued to support the club rather than go through the unofficial sites. This has been the worst situation. I hope this finds a rapid response, and solution, before I take it further.
Ordered a shirt and shorts back on 8th December for a christmas present and it said within 5-7 days delivery.Why is my order still stuck at "processing" after 13 days ? Cannot speak to anyone , just a stupid AI chat robot. Worse Man Utd are getting, no consideration for the fan and customers.
A terrible returns policy meant I was heavily charged (well beyond the postage costs, I might add) when returning an item that really wasn't fit for purpose (training trousers that were too thin and flimsy).In future I'll probably get generic Adidas training gear and forget about the United badge.
Ordered a Christmas gift, when it arrived part of the gift was missing. I explained that the package was not opened when received and not tampered with by the courier, however, despite chasing numerous times, customer service don’t even respond. My first time shopping with Manchester United and definitely my last, you don’t treat customers this way, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID this place like the plague.
We have had an awful experience buying from the official store. Bought my son a football shirt for Xmas - for it to arrive with a hole in it! No one replied or answered queries. We ordered another which didn’t arrive within time frame for Xmas - I want to contact store and cannot - help????!!!
An item was missing from the package, which was not tampered with. I contacted them immediately, having to fill out a form, and 2 weeks later still haven't received a replacement. Just keep getting fobbed off by email saying they are 'investigating'. Disgusting customer service
Items purchased for Christmas gifts so can’t comment on how accurate the sizing is……BUT I will comment on the packaging. 2 adult items squeezed into a plastic self adhesive bag for posting that didn’t really fit as the self adhesive closing strip was attached to one of the items contained inside. So on opening the delivery the bag containing one of the items was completed ripped apart by opening the top of the package. Expected much better considering I paid £4:50 for shipping.! really disappointed
