Review Time
Absolutely shocking service. I’ve ordered 3 items for my son, only one has arrived. I’ve contacted the store via the portal and keep being asked to fill in a pdf. Can’t access this on my mobile and I have no access to a printer. I’ve explained what is missing no refund or replacement sent. I am unable to speak to an actual person and have to wait for 48 hours between emails to get a response. Currently £30 out of pocket with an unhappy 8 year old. Worse customer service I have come across in a long time.
Extremely disappointed with ordering with Manchester United’s official website. They sent me the wrong hat, a cheaper version and and also when it arrived it was completely out of shape. I paid 70 and some dollars for this including the shipping. I asked for a refund so I could buy the right hat, at first they offered a 10% discount saying it was the right hat then 15 then 20% It took almost a month of me sending pictures and proving they sent me a cheaper hat than the one I ordered. They finally agreed for a refund I sent the hat back and they gave me 24$. I understand not paying back the shipping so not getting the full 70$ but the hat was 55$ plus tax and even if they made me pay 20$ shipping 24$ is still not what I was owed! Never ordering from them again.
Very Poor - Which is a real shame considering the brand and the price of items.There was an issue with delivery on 2 kids football kits. As receiver and not the sender I can't make a claim for the packages. And I have had no meaningful response, despite many many and many again attempts. - perfect time of year to be rubbish as well. so thanks for that.
The store has some good quality goods. HOWEVER, be careful what you order. Make sure the size is right because the returns procedure is terrible. I ordered a number of items which meant I got free delivery, but two items were too big and I needed to replace them. It cost me £6 to do so which was taken out of my refund and then I had to reorder smaller sizes and was then charged delivery. So the discounts I was offered to buy the gear in the first place was null and void. Not good.UPDATE.I’ve read the reply from United. I took the time to email them as they requested. However the email address the they have provided doesn’t work. Nuff said!
I wrote a recent review on an order I made from who I thought was The United Store. However the website I ordered from were using the aforementioned details !!
