Annoying stupid people with a system that doesn't workYou upload appropriate documents, they approve it. Then they disapprove it. Scanned passport image that gets used for verification everywhere. Is not good enough for them, they proclaim it to be a screen shot. But they do not accept a crystal clear photo either.Waste of space company, I hope that you loose all of your contracts and a better company can replace you and do it correctly.

Sumsub is the worst thing that has ever happened to online transactions. All my documents are okay, I've submitted but the selfie just keeps f**king up 😤. I've tried a zillion f-bomb times to no avail. It keeps telling me something went wrong or couldn't complete the check. After using like 5 different browsers, the selfie camera finally opened on Firefox (I had given camera permission on all my browsers, even did webcam tests on them). But on Firefox, only back camera launches😡. All attempts to flip the camera failed cuz the whole process crashes😡
Absolutely very low level..They are not professional..just scammers..Twice they sent me an authomatic email saying that my problem will be taken in consideration..They just make waist time without any reason.How can be these fake societies?Please stay away from this company..they are just faking societies..
Absolute terrible service, where to begin... The face verification service failed 20 times before it finally worked. And now I am stuck trying to upload PDFs of my utility bills, but it doesnt accept it because it are not photos. Well guess what it's 2023 now and I don't get any phyical bills anymore in the Netherlands. I posted my question to their customer service and they just resolved it with a useless answer and no way to reply. Please to all companies, DO NOT subject your customers to this!
