Sumsub is Peter Thiel company for Palantir. Never use their service. Very bad experience when they mark your verification without reason, everyone here complain same which are real reviews. Sumsub support also doesn’t help. Sumsub is illegal company which cooperate with USA and NSA because their investors as Peter Thiel. Additionally Sumsub is company of Peter Thiel and all data goes to USA government and Palantir. They spy worldwide people and provide governments worldwide your ID, live data and passport with your location to find you if you don’t listen and you will be another suspect in their list. All people who read this, check reviews here which are 5 stars are FAKE and verified this means they adding own fake reviews to hide these REAL 1 star reviews from people which are pretty pissed and real customers. Don’t trust this company. It’s devil tool even their logo show this.
verification via this scamsub on the fragment.com platform2 times from two accounts I sent my REAL DATA, PASSPORT AND SELFIE in real time, 2 times - unfortunately, we couldn't verify you without explaining the reason and trying to go through again - AS ON NORMAL PLATFORMS - look at any payment system. they indicate emails supposedly to solve the problem - which only comes with a standard unsubscribe, we work here, we can't let you leave us alone, hahamore than 2 WEEKS have passed, people write and wait for half a year for an answer, and there is noneeven the support of such giants as Google and AWS responds within 24 hours, and these cannot - another suspicious pointterrible experience, any payment system verified me ALWAYS within a maximum of 1 hour, usually a few minutesthe same binance and bybit - ok within a few minutes, any exchange, and none of them asked for selfie-video verification, and this company of scammers DOES NOT VERIFY YOU BUT ONLY collects information about you and it is not known how they use your data, everything is OPAQUE, support has not responded for 2 weeksSCAMSUB - JUST A VACUUM OF YOUR DATA, absolutely opaque bullshit, be careful!
Let me tell you, my friend, this is the worst service I’ve ever seen from Sumsub. The support team is absolutely terrible, no replies even after 100yr. If you ever face an issue with them, don’t bother asking for help, just file a lawsuit and maybe then they’ll respond quickly. I’ve had enough of this nonsense.
Back in 2020 my computer got hacked and someone has stolen my documents and used them for some kind of ID fraud via SumSub service. As a result, my face and documents went into a blacklist. Now, I am unable to use ANY online service that uses SumSub as their KYC platform. I have tried to contact SumSub in order to somehow clean my identity by any possible means (I even offered them to come to their office to prove that I am real and legit), but had never received any response. SumSub has destroyed my online life and has no any appeal process available, just canned responses like "we do not block anyone, it is up to our customers" which is a complete misinformation - all the services just use their response and automatically block me without any investigation. Absolutely disgusting.
