sumsub kyc scam

Who do these sick people dare to certify? It's not run by humans, it's just performance garbage AI. So even if there are so many problems, they just turn a blind eye. No matter what evidence the government directly submits, these garbage people don't even recognize it. I swear, it's the worst garbage company. All the companies that use these garbage companies to third-party platforms should also be filtered out.

What a nightmare

What a nightmare. Easily one of the worst public-facing internet companies in existence.

misleading

misleading, unfair, and unreliable KYC provider ⚠️I strongly caution anyone interacting with companies that use SumSub for identity verification. Here’s what I experienced and observed:SumSub repeatedly rejected my legitimate, government-issued ID and real photos — even under good lighting, even after I passed similar verifications elsewhere.Their system is opaque. You don’t get a fair explanation. Their automation simply “fails” and that’s used as a final verdict — no human review, no accountability.Because of SumSub’s automated failures, companies (especially prop firms) hide behind SumSub’s “failure” as an excuse to deny funding, close accounts, or cancel payouts.Even when I contacted support, they admitted my documents looked valid — but SumSub’s failure remained the excuse.Trustpilot and other user reviews show a pattern: many users claim SumSub rejects valid IDs, no recourse, no manual verification.Bottom line: SumSub presents itself as a compliance tool, but in practice it gives firms a shield to dodge responsibility. Using them may increase rejection risk even when you are legit — and that’s dangerous for anyone relying on fair identity verification.

Worst experiences every single time

I don’t know how many different applications were rejected because of these piece of shit garbages. I provide bank statement, utility bill and ID and keeps getting rejected. I have to contact the actual businesses themselves for human verification to get accepted every single time. Why is there no be else competing with these guys they will easily be overtaken. Dogshit company should go bankrupt.

This company infringes upon personal data.

For years, I've used a particular company's services. They've consistently employed Sumsub. Initially, everything functioned smoothly. I could successfully verify myself – ‘prove to them I was who I claimed to be.’ However, this company frequently requires re-verification (likely for security reasons, or perhaps to prevent account takeovers). Now, though, I simply cannot be verified (my appearance hasn't changed). At first, I attempted using my iPhone. It's not jailbroken and hasn't been modified in any way. As it's new, I'm reluctant to do so. The verification process consistently failed to initiate, and the camera wouldn't activate. So I retrieved my computer's USB-connected webcam, which boasts 2K resolution. Yet this bloody company, Sumsub, informed me it couldn't verify me. Consequently, the entire balance in my original account has been frozen. I'm tempted to grab my passport, head to their headquarters, and ask these bloody idiots: ‘Since you claim I'm not a real person, I'd love to visit your offices and show you what real means.’Moreover, this company will tag each individual. It will inform every other company using this service that this person possesses multiple devices and holds accounts with several firms employing sumsub verification. What business is it of yours how many devices I own? Does my use of two phones and two computers for separate work and gaming activities inconvenience you? Furthermore, which company's services I choose to use is my personal freedom of choice. Should any alternatives exist, your rubbish company will be permanently blacklisted by me.
