I have been verified at many other places, but everything since the first time with sumsub, and my account being created with my name spelled incorrectly which was their mistake, even after they corrected it, I am getting sorry we cant verify you error. I am completely legal and valid. I dint understand this at all. I've lost $75 at a place i won money at because I couldn't get verified.
I tried using Sumsub for KYC verification via fragment.com. Even with a valid passport, I was instantly rejected in seconds. The system auto-denied me with no explanation, no human review, and then permanently locked me out from retrying.Because of Sumsub’s broken and unfair practices, I am now unable to withdraw my legitimate earnings. This is not just an inconvenience, this is money being held hostage because of their automated, careless process.A KYC provider that can instantly reject valid government documents without review and block users from accessing their funds is a serious liability. Companies relying on Sumsub should be aware that their users may lose access to their money due to these failures.Sumsub fails when it matters most, and that is absolutely unacceptable. If they do not fix this, their service should not be trusted by any serious business.
No one has played with my life the way Sumsub has.I provided them with completely valid documents for identity verification last year, but they rejected them without reason. I’m ready to send those same documents again so they can see there’s nothing wrong with them.They destroyed my life and my career. Anywhere that uses Sumsub, they reject me automatically. Their system has caused me so much trouble and misery. They must be held accountable for this abuse of power.I have emailed them many times, but they never reply. They are completely irresponsible and unaccountable.

You are violating the laws of many countries and the rights of a huge number of citizens.Today I got upset about why I can't register on one site that asks me to go through verification, and what does "VERIFICATION DENIED" even mean.And I STUDIED IT - now I know everything about you. It turns out you are simply storing my documents with which I previously went through KYC on other sites, and you are simply refusing to verify me because my old document is in your system.Do you know that this is illegal?! You have no right to do this. Personal data and biometric data of how many people do you collect?
I had to use sumsub for a few different sites and none of them worked. It is endless loop and no matter how many times you retry it would return with the same result "we are unable to verify you". I am unsure what's broken with this kyc tool but I am pretty sure there are other better tools out there for companies to use. Sumsub is pure crap and should be avoided.
Tried uploading my permanent residency card — which, by definition, has no expiration date. Unfortunately, the app incorrectly flagged it as expired, seemingly using the issue date as the expiration date.There’s no option to appeal, clarify, or speak with a human. No support, no way forward. Incredibly frustrating and ultimately renders the app useless for valid document submissions.
