Review Time
We hired Surrey Interiors to design and fit our family bathroom earlier this year. Although we are satisfied with the end result, we were left disappointed with the experience, cost and time taken to complete the job.The lack of communication meant that we were not made aware of deliveries, or which days the contractors would be in, which was particularly disruptive whilst working from homeWe experienced issues early on when some aspects of the bathroom were fitted differently to CAD Design. Generally, this was a result of lack of attention to detail taken in the initial design.It took 8 weeks for the bathroom to be completed. (This Excluding 2 weeks during which we asked Surrey Interiors not to continue work whilst we escalated our complaint to KBSA - as one of their approved retailers)Jake, George and all of the contractors were very helpful and seemed to be more knowledgeable than Surrey Interiors themselves. We are also really happy with the tiles done by Luke at Tilematic.I hope this acts as an honest review of our experience for potential customers, but that it also highlights some feedback for Surrey Interiors to take onboard for future clients.

We were clueless customers who had never embarked on such a venture and had a very positive experience thanks to Surrey Interiors. Justin juggled deadlines, delays and tradespeople with diligence and patience (we organised flooring/plumbing/electrics around the installation) and was always on the other end of the phone when we needed him. The kitchen was meticulously designed and installation went smoothly and we are delighted with the final result. we had no idea what a big job we were taking on, and in retrospect can see how it all could have gone badly wrong without the right company. I wish we could post photos to the reviews to show the 'before' and 'after'.

Our house has been completely transformed from disjointed rooms to a wonderful open plan living space and kitchen. Thank you so very much to Graham and his team at Surrey Interiors. They are a fantastic team- friendly, helpful and professional. They always gave us worthwhile advice and listened to our ideas. The build was remarkably done on schedule (during various COVID Tier restrictions!) to a superb standard. We love living in our house all over again. It is spacious, yet warm, functional, yet beautiful. Perfect.

Took 8 weeks to complete 1.5 bathrooms ( 3 were to be refitted), surrey interiors then abandoned the incomplete project when the singular contractor ( who never once did a full days work) unsurprisingly sustained a back injury and they had no one to replace him. We were then left to find someone else to complete the project that surrey interiors could not.
