Alex and his team at Sustainability Change are very helpful and are keen for you to achieve your goals, be it weight loss, longevity, building strength etc. They address all the myths that have been misleading us for years and leading to failure. There are many free resources available including a FB Support group, which we all find helpful, and a free resource website which addresses topics such as avoiding injury (no-one wants that!), eating to suit your lifestyle and addressing any stressors which could be preventing you from reaching your goals. I highly recommend.
