I saw an advert for this on Facebook so…

I saw an advert for this on Facebook so I filled in the form to find out more. Alex messaged me quite soon after, Introduced himself and explained about the program. We talked about my current lifestyle, reasons for losing weight, what I had tried before, my daily meals etc. He sent details of how to join the program but unfortunately I explained how couldn’t commit to signing up at the moment. Alex sent me some course material with lots of information, YouTube videos and other things to watch and information to help me. He was very kind, informative, understanding and not at all pressing. I would highly recommend Alex and his company and I’m looking forward to learning as much as I can by watching everything they have on YouTube which I have subscribed to and being part of his Facebook group.

5kg lost in just 3 weeks - so far so good

I joined just over 3 weeks ago after listening to Alex’s lives for a number of weeks. I was recovering from a foot injury and knew that I had to lose weight and keep it off if I wanted to maintain my independence so signed up. I have found the meal plan and exercise program easy to follow. Mish’s workout sessions are fun and having a one to one coach has helped me with accountability and given me support. So far I have lost 5kg in 3 weeks, don’t feel hungry and feel better in my own skin. The Inner Circle Facebook group of like minded people is very supportive and a good place to get tips and advice. The program is certainly an investment but if it helps me improve my strength, balance , overall health and maintain my independence then it’s worth it.

You can make it happen too!!!

I started this programme in April after my mother passed away age 80. I had been struggling with menopause weight gain and now i had the added bonus of grief, but i was keen not to let my self go because I knew my mother wouldn’t want that for me. I started the programme with my coach Andy Molloy who is an amazing support, he meets me where I am providing me with his expertise in health/exercise, motivation, he cares enough to even pull me up when I start to drift or fall back into old habits. I have rated this programme with 5*. Sustainable Change addresses the route course to the possible weight gain, it addresses bad habits, it addresses every area you can think of that transforms your thinking you sleep pattern, you healthily eating choices everything. I am still on the programme and i am working towards my goal, I am confident that I will achieve this, it is not a Marathon so I am learning to live a full health life, enjoy food, enjoying fitness, enjoying metal health. Alex is also amazing he is honest he just want the best for us ladies, he shares apart of his own life, so for me I would recommend this journey it not inexpensive but can we really put a price on health??? No I can’t and for me it is money well spent because all the professional support surrounding this programme clearly show what you are paying for.

Grief Exploited for £7,000

BE WARNED!After showing interest on a FB post, I received an unsolicited telephone call from Alex Neilan. It was 2 days after my Mum died and I was devastated. I told Alex of my Mum's death and that I was confused, feeling lost and not thinking straight.Alex told me that now was the time to invest in me and in my future. He skillfully cajoled and manipulated me. I said I was not in a good place to make wise decisions, but Alex kept talking at me until I paid almost £7,000 for a TSD programme. I did not sign anything and tbh I was so consumed by grief that I did not hear or comprehend there was no cooling off period. In the following weeks all my energies were taken up with registering my Mum's death, arranging her funeral, and taking necessary action as her estate Executor.I did not have the time or energy to engage in the TSD programme.Emerging from the initial fog of grief, I realised I'd made a big mistake in signing up for a programme which demanded so much commitment. So I contacted TSD, explaining the situation and respectfully requested a full refund.Initially, the TSD staff members I spoke with were sympathetic, asserting that I should never have been signed up when consumed by grief. Two different staff members promised a full refund both orally and in writing, taking my bank details to arrange the bank transfer immediately. But then Alex Neilan overrode that promise. He wrote that he was concerned for my wellbeing and, eventually, issued a 50% refund, but said I clearly "needed" the benefits of the TSD programme.I stated that I could not trust the person who manipulated me into handing over almost £7,000 just 2 days after my Mum's death. However, he refused to issue a full refund - despite written evidence that TSD had promised it.Having listened to a number of Alex's FB posts and experiencing his approach first-hand, he is a hard core salesman and ruthless. This has undoubtedly contributed to his success in business, but BE WARNED if you're in a vulnerable state. He took advantage of my vulnerability to his financial benefit.UPDATEText from TSD (24/10/25):This is the client support team at the sport dietitian. Firstly, we want to say again how sorry we are for your loss, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share what you’ve been going through. After reviewing everything carefully, and in consideration of your situation, we’ve decided to process a full refund for your programme. This has now been approved, and we hope it helps relieve some stress during what’s clearly been a very difficult time for you. We’re always striving to do what’s fair and right by our clients, and we genuinely regret that your experience caused additional upset at such a sensitive time.We wish you all the best moving forward and hope you find space for healing and rest.My reply (24/10/2025):Interesting. I was promised a full refund, then Alex overrode that decision. So, it took a scathing Trust Pilot review for TSD to revisit that decision.?Shame on Alex!

This is a completely new approach to nutrition, fat loss and exercise. I was given the course for FREE! Amazing considering the free resources that are available to help you. Tips and hacks I hadn’t heard of before, along with tasty recipes, are easily incorporated into your daily life and they work! The encouragement to reach your goal is fantastic and I feel motivated to succeed.

Very impressed

I contacted the company following an advert and joined the Facebook group. The company was very upfront about costs of the programme and when it was outside of my budget they kindly gave me free access to a course that is usually paid for. I have just begun the course and so far am very impressed - an alternative to fad diets based on facts from someone who has a number of impressive qualifications
