Review Time
I had a terrible experience with Swim Now. I initially discussed and booked a taster session for a specific date, which they later changed to a different date. At the time, I was available, but I later became unavailable due to personal circumstances and requested an alternative date. They refused to accommodate me, told me I had lost the £40 I had already paid, and demanded another £40 to book a new session. I find this completely unethical and unfair treatment of customers. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
Abbas is a brilliant swimming instructor! It has only been a couple of lessons and I can already see a massive improvement in my son's skills and confidence. Not only is he really friendly and understanding but also extremely professional and committed. Can't thank him enough for his patience and efforts. Would highly recommend him!
Thank you to Abbas for being a brilliant swim instructor. He has really brought our 4 year old on, he is so calming and patient with her. She looks forward to her lesson with Abs each week, and we have no doubt she will be a competent swimmer in no time.
After trying for sometime to find a 1 on 1 swimming coach, I booked these guys for my daughter, who couldn't swim. Instructor got her swimming by the end of the 2nd session. She has gone from strength to strength.Instructor changed, but no difference. Both exceptional.We wanted to re-arranged a session with 24 hour notice because of illness. They called back and were accommodating.Great results. We are very happy.
I paid for my first lesson on 9th January which was supposed to happen on 3rd February. At which point I would decide if I would continue. A week later I received a call to say the instructor had resigned and they would keep me updated when a new one has been hired and should be in time for the 3rd. I heard nothing for weeks so I emailed again when the 3rd was approaching. At that point I was told it will take 2-4 more weeks and not to worry my ‘slot was secure’. I asked for my money to be refunded and for them to get in touch once their instructor hire issue was resolved. No refund was given. Since then I have requested a refund on multiple occasions, there is no longer any response. Awful customer experience for non-existent service.
My two boys have been at Swim Now for a few months now after being fed up with our last swim school. The venue has a great pool and the instructors are brilliant and have a lot of technical knowledge as well as being engaging and fun for my two young boys. They have learned more in the last few months than they did in a few years in group lessons.The main reason for the 5* review is the booking process and organisation of lessons is fantastic. If we can’t make a lesson and need to rearrange due to holiday or parties then all it takes is a phone call. Nothing is too much trouble and they are interested in how the boys are progressing.
