Fabulous Chesterfields and fantastic service. We chose two of the Huxleys with the addition of the beautiful stud work to be even more bespoke. From our first visit to Warren even FaceTiming us ( when I was unwell to attend a second visit) no pushy sales techniques either, they didn’t need to, we were sold! We love the fact it’s British made too, the quality is superb! The delivery was exceptional the two men that came were so lovely and careful too. I would absolutely recommend a visit as you won’t be disappointed. We also received a lovely follow up call which was a really nice touch. We will be looking for an addition in the future! Thank you

Very well made, such amazing craftsmanship - look as though they will last us a lifetime. We had found Sterling online when comparing prices of leather sofas. After deciding to visit the charming showroom at the old mill, we met the equally charming and very helpful Warren. We purchased two Sterling Chesterfield sofas which were delivered this week. Warren kept in touch throughout the making process, which was brilliant, and the delivery service was excellent. Overall we would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a high quality sofa. Without doubt, five stars.

Absolutely delighted with our new furniture that arrived today. From meeting Warren and discussing our needs, he kept us up to date with regular contact throughout the process. The guys from Edmundson’s who delivered the furniture were also first class. They do say you get what you pay for and we certainly have. The quality is exceptional! Can not recommend highly enough.

We started looking for a sofa almost a year ago tried the large stores department stores etc etc but just couldn’t find the perfect sofa. I then found SW James on social media and we went along to have a look as soon as we saw the sofas there we knew that’s what we needed! However it’s not just the product that makes this company great, the customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about SW james. Not only do their sofas look stunning, but they are soft and extremely comfortable which other chesterfields makers aren’t.Not only that but it’s obviously a close knit family run team with exceptional customer service when explaining options and organising delivery. Warren was absolutely brilliant to deal with and offered great advice regarding size and style. I would thoroughly recommend.
