We have had the most wonderful experience dealing with Warren and his team at SW James. From when Warren met us at the door of the showroom, in the beautiful canal side location in Bollington, we felt were in good hands and we weren’t wrong.He didn’t rush us into placing our order and he gave us the time during our appointment to make sure we made the right decision. When you visit the showroom, you have the place to yourselves and Warren’s full attention. If I’m honest, I usually dread visiting showrooms, as I hate being made to feel I’m being constantly watched by sales staff waiting to pounce but Warren made us feel like we could take as long as needed. The whole experience was pleasant and stress free. Our dog Bertie, also enjoyed the visit and took the opportunity to ‘try out’ the different sofa’s to make sure we ordered the one that best suited his sleeping requirements, which turned out to be Huxley.From placing our order through to delivery, Warren kept us updated and any time I had a query, my calls were quickly answered by his team and he always got back to me, personally, within an very short time, even when he was away on his holiday. Warren couldn’t have done anymore, to make the whole process as stress free as it was. He and his team provided a fabulous personal service. They made us feel that our business with them was truly appreciated. They couldn’t have done anymore for us, if they had tried. The delivery went smoothly and we are so happy with the quality and workmanship of the two sofa’s we now have in our home. They have had nothing but compliments from family and friends especially about how comfy they are.Thank you every one at SW James 😊
The entire experience, from initial enquiry to delivery of our sofa and stool, has been a most pleasurable experience. The customer service from Warren has been exceptional (he even called us regarding a delivery issue from his family holiday in Spain!). The product itself is beautifully made with wonderful craftsmanship combined with high quality leather. And it’s made in the U.K.! We could not be happier customers.
The quality of the products offered by SW James is exceptional. We ordered a 3 seater, a snuggler and a footstool in Antique Honey and the style and comfort is first class. The customer service too is of the highest quality. Nothing is too much trouble for Warren and his team, and dealing with them has been an absolute pleasure all the way through the process. I would recommend SW James to anyone who is looking for top quality, high end leather furniture.
So we have been wanting a Chesterfield sofa for a long time and finally took the plunge and bought the Florence 3 seater, chair and footstool from S W James. We absolutely love them. From start to finish the service and attention to detail was second to none. We made the journey to meet Warren at the show room where we were greeted by someone who is obviously very passionate about what he does and a very genuine nice guy. Taking the time to explain the different options and quality of leather. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. Thanks Warren. With S.W. James, in all honesty this Company couldn't do enough to Please me! my experience with the Company was very good from the start, the service was prompt and delivery was within the 6 weeks as promised. Though all this matters, it was when delivery was made I was so pleased with the Quality, I got to see what I was paying for, (well worth the wait), it didn't disappoint at all, the leather quality and colour was exactly as I wanted, so comfortable, right down to the finer points (the casters) the Quality excellent, wide, robust and chunky casters that look built to last, with them being so wide lass chance of them digging into my Quality Wood finished flooring.A truly luxury feel.Excellent!!!Thank You!
We recently purchased a Kempster Sofa and two chairs from S. W James.We are extremely happy with them.
