We couldn’t be happier with our Farley! It’s absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The leather has a luxurious touch and a wonderful smell, truly exceeding our high expectations. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic—helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
I had been recommended purchasing my leather sofa from S W James. What an absolute pleasure, the customer care that is provided is above and beyond. Warren was very patient and explained everything throughly making my decision so much easier. Nothing was to much trouble, I was able to ask for as much information regarding the different ranges as I needed. Warren would send images of different chesterfield sofas, he would call to talk me through everything or email, nothing was to much trouble. I chose a Huxley 3 seater with a stud detail on the arms and castors for the feet. To say I am delighted with my purchase is an understatement. Anyone that is considering purchasing a leather sofa contact Warren and I guarantee you, you will not regret it. The whole process has been seamless.
We ordered 2 Huxley’s and a laurel footstool and are very pleased with the results. There was no pressure to buy during our shop visit as is the case with some companies and Warren was very professional, friendly and helpful with all of the questions we had. We took a couple of leather samples home and spent a bit of time deciding which leather to go with. We opted for the 5 year protection plan for all 3 items and at a very reasonable cost, we have peace of mind should we have any accidents within this time.Warren’s chosen delivery company were professional and the service they provided was excellent, all items unwrapped and delivered exactly where we wanted them, with no damage to the furniture or property. We will no doubt be in contact with Warren in future for another small order and I’m confident these sofas will last a lifetime. We are glad to support a proper British company employing highly skilled local craftsmen with a wealth of experience, you really do get what you pay!
I knew from first seeing the photos of their chesterfields that I wanted an SW James sofa for my flat. There is a large variety of styles and materials to choose from and ultimately, I selected the Huxley with vintage honey leather. A bit apprehensive about such a large purchase without seeing it in person first but was relieved to find that the sofa exceeded my already high expectations. It’s comfortable, well made and high quality. No wonder all the online reviews of this company are so stellar! Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and am extremely satisfied with the purchase.
