I bought a Sylvox 15.6" Smart Under Cabinet TV for my kitchen and I absolutely LOVE it! I use it every single day. I did have to chat with Sunny from customer service and Sunny was WONDERFUL. Very polite and provided great customer service and helped me resolve my small issue I had ran into. Couldn't ask for a better tv or better customer service!
I read an article re: the best values in outdoor televisions! Sylvox and the model purchased was rated “best overall value”! I can’t tell you how PLEASED I have been with my experience! It has been excellent! Beyond my expectations! My television arrived earlier than expected! I originally did not order the wall mount or installation services. I contacted them and added both items and have been exceptionally happy! I am thrilled with the quality of the picture I am getting outdoors and numerous guests have offered similar comments! The mount arrived as scheduled and installation services provided on-time and skillfully! Totally happy with Slyvox — its outdoor television product; the customer service provided and adjunct products and services offered! Strong recommendation from a happy customer who was a little nervous about this purchase but ultimately relied on an outside media review and cost/feature comparisons along with a through review of other customer reviews!
Revised review - I purchased a 55’ TV plus soundbar and installation. The company was in touch with me the whole time about when to schedule the installation and who to expect. Unfortunately, My first TV did not function properly. Sunny at Customer service immediately sent me a replacement TV and a label to send the old TV back. The second TV arrived and again we scheduled installation pretty quickly after its arrival. Unfortunately, when we unpacked the second TV it had been damaged in transit. As you might imagine I was disappointed, but Sunny at customer service again was very responsive and sent me a replacement TV. My third TV arrived and within a week installation was scheduled again. This time the TV works and has a great picture. The whole process has taken a few weeks, but customer service has been very helpful. I am looking forward to using our TV in the spring!
I ordered the 65” deck pro series. The first tv showed up and didn’t work properly. I emailed Sylvox and they immediately sent me another tv. I received the replacement within 1 week. I paid for installation and Sunny with Sylvox set up installation for me in 1 day. Couldn’t be happier. I’ve only had the tv for 1 week and so far I am happy with the quality and functionality of the tv.
Complaints ref #1427This matter had been on going for three months now over a faulty bathroom tv I have sent sunny all the information they requested and have had not a single reply could I have a managers email address as this sunny is clearly not interested in customer service and has seemingly disappeared I need a managers email and office address do I can send the small claims court summons to them please as a matter of urgency As per my previous review save yourself a load of problems and extremely poor customer service and buy from another store these cowboys are clearly appauling
