The Sylvox outdoor TV is completely weatherproof! I live in an area that gets a lot of rain, and this TV has survived several storms without any issues. Its waterproof feature and overall durability give me great peace of mind. Definitely the best choice for an outdoor TV.

After a few years of battling glare, shadow's, etc., we finally broke down and invested in a outdoor tv for our pool patio from Sylvoxtv. I cannot say enough about this tv. The quality of the outer frame/housing is top notch and the picture quality is unmatched. The sound and picture quality are both outstanding! I was worried that the outdoor environment might affect the sound, but the audio system on the Sylvox TV exceeded my expectations. Watching movies outdoors now feels just like being in a theater.
One of my biggest concerns with an outdoor TV was visibility under direct sunlight, but Sylvox solved that completely. Even in the brightest midday sun, the picture remains clear and smooth, which has really increased the use of our outdoor space.
We purchased the 55” deck pro 2.0 and we love it so far. Great picture and looks to be a well built tv. It looks indestructible. We bought the installation with the tv and when the install date came around we had hurricane Helene come through and ravage our area so we could not get the tv installed that day. We were very happy with the customer service during that time because they worked with us in rescheduling the installation four different times. They worked with us with every question and concern we had and I will definitely use this company again in the future for our outdoor television needs. We appreciate them.
I purchased a TV over a year ago and it all of a sudden stopped displaying a picture. I emailed them 3 times and tried calling 5 days in a row - no response. This is looking like a scam company - no support and all lies about "24 hour email response". I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge and filing a legal claim as well.
Update: 17 October 2024. Sylvox customer support contacted me and shared that my TV in fact had a 2 year guarantee not the 1 I was previously informed of!! After several emails back and forth my TV was replaced with an upgraded version and the faulty TV returned to base. I would like to thank 'Sunny', from the support team for being my main contact throughout, they were really communicative and supporting and helped make a not-very-good initial outcome into a successful one. If only it had happened without my having to write a review on Trust Pilot. For Sunny's help and for the replacement TV I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 3.I bought a Sylvox TV based on its company reputation for quality and reliability of its products. The 24 inch TV was for my RV where it would be used sparingly when on vacation. After 18 months (guarantee is 12 months), and approximately 25 hours of viewing, the screen failed. The solution from the Sylvox support team... buy another Sylvox TV (at a discount) or pay for the (likely) costly repairs. I selected neither as an expensive TV should surely last longer than 25 hours?!! My faith in Sylvox as a brand has been shattered.
