I had this $1500 TV for exactly 13 months and it stopped working. We contacted customer support who told me I had to ship it back to them, they would look and repair (if possible) and charge me. The warranty was one year. Shipping back to CA would have been incredibly expensive. I took it to a local TV repair shop and they found it is a no-name Chinese brand TV. The Master Control Panel needs replacement. Sylvox won't sell the Master Control Panel to my repair shop.

While the Sylvox outdoor TV is priced higher than a regular indoor TV, considering its waterproof, weatherproof features and superior picture quality, I believe it's well worth the investment. Since buying it, my outdoor life has become much more enjoyable.
I purchased a TV for my business, but it came damaged.I reached out to the support team, and they asked for pictures and my order information.Within a few emails back and forth and very fast responses from Sunny, he was able to send me a new one! I have not received the new TV yet but as of now I am extremely satisfied with the support team and expect to be just as happy with the TV.Thank you to all!
