This site does not even deserve one star! There are shops selling stolen digital designs and claiming them as their own. A shop named Sweet Tea Diary, just one of many, has no less than sixteen of my journal kits listed in her shop. These thieves are killing our businesses and they just don't care, they seem to think they are untouchable.
I have over $800 in charges to your store on my credit card. I don't even know who you guys are? Do you not provide enough security to know when someone is using a card fraudulently? I require you to refund me the total of 3 charges amounting to $853.28 to my credit card as I did not purchase anything with you or I will be forced to do a chargeback and call in for a review of your company. You don't even have suitable means of contacting your company so I have been forced to leave this message on each of your social media platforms.
don't trust this company. it is a scam company, inside all are scammer sellers. all container shipping service store are liars, after you used their service and shipped all items to them, then they will steal all your items, will do not ship out to you. When you complain to taobao customer service, they only will answer let us double check with seller, then disappear. very bad...
I've tried using this website numerous times in the past and every single time, I'm having issues. I don't know how everyone else even has access. In the beginning, they never used to ask you to log in to view products. Now, they do so I have to log in. Their website is ridiculously poorly coded.They want your phone number to sign up, so I gave it to them but the country area code drop down menu wouldn't go away so I couldn't type in the verification code. Refreshed the page, then the code didn't work so I tried to get another one. Then it said some crap about me being suspicious so they won't let me send another code. For a whole half hour.Finally, I managed to get it to work, got registered, etc. Then I try to browse a store on TaoBao that I found online on the SAME browser, and it asks me to log in again. I try to log in and then it says I, again, tried to get a verification code too often. Is this website freaking serious?! I never seen something so convoluted and frustrating.After going through all this, I don't even think I want to shop here anymore because who knows what other problems I'll run into if I can't even log in properly. Yes, I've tried several different browsers, each one, same problem. If you try to get a verification code multiple times, they'll even ban your IP which makes no sense. I had to use a VPN the 5th time to get it to work only to be bothered by a log in window right after I logged in 30 seconds ago.
Bought something and it came to be faulty, the seller asked me to return the product and never got a refund back. No way to get a refund, and I paid more hoping to get a good quality product, ended up with no product, delivery cost for returning and paid overpriced.
