I don't recommend buying from Taobao. The hidden shipping fees are so expensive

I don't recommend buying from Taobao from Australia. The hidden shipping fees are so expensive. I applied for refund but didn't work as how I expected it to. Didn't received the items and refund either. Don't recommend this to anyone.

Kinda tricky at first, you gotta calculate the cost of the item + shipping fee which comes on later. But once you get the hang of it, it's kinda okay. Just need to buy in bulk to trully save money.

I use taobao on a regular basis and never had much problem with them but then again I live within China, dont know if the service is different abroad. fast delivery and cheap products that are not that bad.

Sucks big time. Got sold a broken item and Taobao customer service insisted since item was delivered, it was considered a fair deal and case closed. Wont trust those mutha fxxkers scammers in fhe Great Wall of Scamming China!
