They get a star but don’t even deserve that. TechInn has probably given me the worst online experience I have ever received from a retailer. They list items that they do not stock and have no idea when they will be in stock and give false claims over delivery schedules. When you contact them they give vague answers and lie about the reason for the delay. It took 6 times of me messaging them before they finally admitted they did not have the item in stock but still wouldn’t update me with a meaningful delivery schedule. Avoid this retailer unless you are happy to wait indefinitely for your items to arrive.
got a philips long slot toaster not available in uk to match other stuff owned. shipped with a free uk plug adapter. took about a week longer than expected but arrived safe in large box with royal mail 48 tracked so I got updates. no extras customs or tax - spends was only 26 plus 10 postage.
WARNING to all the Customers based in the UK. Techinn will not respect your statutory rights if something goes wrong!!! I have ordered a CPU cooler, which turned out to be faulty. RMA has been accepted by Techinn and I sent the faulty item within six month from receiving it. It has been almost 3 months since I sent the item back and I have not received any meaningful information about the RMA status ("we are waiting for the manufacturer to advise") nor the refund. Due to the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is Techinn who is responsible for solving the issue, not the manufacturer. I was forced to contact PayPal, my bank, Citizen Advise Bureau and UK ICC to open a dispute and claim a charge back. I know their prices might be more convenient but it is definitely worth to spend extra GBP to purchase from a UK based company. I tried to solve the issue very kindly with Techinn, but they just ignore me and they are breaking my rights. I would strongly advise to avoid this seller.
