Way too many delays and hold ups without any communication. Held parcel and didn't ship for a week. Multiple delays with updates/tracking and After clearing plans Saturday to finally receive my order, I get message from Courier in the morning now saying Monday! Sorry not good enough delivery or communication and will avoid in future
They took 1,5 week to ship me the wrong item. I then had to wait for the customer service to reply to my return request. They then send me a return label but not the correct item still. I live in Denmark but the tracking tells me they sent my package to Spain.. If you want to receive the item your ordered dont use this website. So to sum up:THEY sent the wrong itemI had to return the itemI havent gotten the RIGHT item or my money back.
I placed an order with them on July 27, and today is September 7, yet I still haven’t received anything. It was stated that the delivery time would be within a week! Terrible! So far, no one has responded to me. I do not recommend ordering here – it’s just a headache!
