Review Time
I bought a Poco m5s. 8 GB ram. It only comes with 4 or 6 gb ram. False advertising. I paid $37 for DHL priority fastest shipping...it took a total of 20 days to get to me. They lied, delayed, lied, delayed. Finally, open box and phone is 4 GB ram. I would be wary. Do your research. Be prepared for hassle. You will get your product...eventually. I hope it's what you ordered. If you can, USE ANOTHER COMPANY. Check the phone box information before opening. They're silly idiots. If you open the box- no refund. They take delight in causing grief.
After not receiving my order, the company refused to help me. When you write a review, they quickly respond with something like, "Please contact us via email so we can assist you further." However, when you do email them, they simply reiterate that they won’t help. Their responses to reviews seem to be nothing more than an attempt to create the illusion that they care about customer issues, when in reality, they do not.They are demanding that I sign a document before providing any assistance, but under EU consumer law, this is not a legal requirement. Their refusal to help unless I comply with this unnecessary demand is unacceptable and likely unlawful.I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company, as they fail to take responsibility for non-delivered orders and make the resolution process as difficult as possible.
The TV came broken and it was not their fault. They quickly resolved the issue and I was surprised becaiuse of the bad reviews. I am happy with the way they handled it and I could not have asked for more really. I Ideally it would have arrived without a broken screen but this is on the shipping company. I would order again.
Ok so I unfortunately have stupidly read the reviews after making my purchase. How dumb I am.The product was ordered on the 18th of December to arrive on or just after Christmas day, interesting because I don't know when delivers on Christmas day.We are now on the 7th of January and no delivery and only response from the "Customer Service is, SORRY NO DATE CAN BE GIVE FOR WHEN WE WILL RECEIVE THE ITEM IN ORDER THAT IT CAN BE DISPATECHED FOR DELIVERY". Strange because the delivery date to us shows the next week, confused, so am I??I am not one who complains much but this has been a poor experience and puts me off e-commerce purchases.It does the entire industry damage.Techinn, wake up it's not good any you will not service like this.
Very poor Service!!! Orderd a PSVR2 Bundle for 430.48 EUR with Call of the Mountain and they canceld it after some days. I was running a payment plan with paypal with extra costs for the pay installments and now iam waiting for the money is comming back. I have called Paypal right now and tell them the situation. Techinn say the payed amount will come back to me in 3-7 Days.Edit: Ok i got my Money back after a few Days. I had no extra costs but the trouble was not nice. They make a Price and roll back, this is not normal. I will never try to to buy there again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Awful customer service. Order placed in December 2024 and the company merged my billing and delivery addresses to create an address that doesn’t exist. The courier requested an updated address which I provided however the company insisted it had to be returned to them and a refund would be provided. We’re now in March 2025 and I am yet to receive a refund and am receiving repeated excuses that they are investigating it with the courier and trying to locate my parcel before they can issue a refund, despite acknowledging that the parcel never reached me. I can now see other reviews where they have done the same thing - clearly trying to evade giving refunds at all costs, even when the mistake is theirs. Awful service, avoid at all costs!!!Order number 54992901
