Received a damaged stove on a pallet.Now expected to take it to a delivery point to return it.Can not speak to anyone by telephone or discuss by email . We were offered 30 Euro discount to accept the damaged goods.we have now eventually been informed free collection from the house! We just wanted to speak with someone at the time of delivery.just not an option.
Good price online, I was a little wary as not all reviews were positive. Item arrived from Spain to Ireland in 12 days, not too bad. All works fine, A1 condition, a good saving on local prices. It also came with an EU/Ireland plug adapter as a bonus.
