A terrible experience with my last order.I placed the order on July 7th, and I was told it would arrive before the 17th. Later, I was informed it had been delayed to July 21st–24th, and then again to July 24th–29th.The product has shown as in stock from the beginning.I was told the issue was that it was in another of your warehouses (at least that’s how I understood it).Then I was told the problem was with the supplier — that the item was in the supplier’s warehouse.So which is it?Are you using the supplier’s stock as if it were your own? If that’s the case, I don’t care whether the product is in your warehouse or the supplier’s — do you really need 14 days just to move the product to your own warehouse?A complete management disaster.No wonder you have a 3.6 rating on Trustpilot , and dropping...
They set items in stock but they don't have them. You pass your order, they take your money and then tell you you have to wait 10 more days for their stock to replenish, and on the given day? Nothing. Radio silence no matter how many times you enquire with their mediocre customer service. They just give you false deadlines, false product stock info and false hope. Eventually they take your money and make your projects run late, and your frustration run high. Ridiculous logistics and customer service. 2 weeks after I passed my order with a product that's still said to be in stock: NOTHING but frustration and waste of time.
