Update: It would be nice to be informed where to sent the Order Number. Via Email? Via Space Rocket? Via smoke signals?This is exactly what I mean with this company. Information that isn't how it suppose to be.Sending to their incompetent CS makes no sense, so not going to do that. Waiting for the Dispute Agency. I have an ongoing issue with this company.In July 2025 I ordered an item. The delivery took many weeks. Within Europe. There were different delivery companies mentioned in their emails. Which is a blast here as we have hundreds in the city I live. I finally found out after contacting CS. First receiving and not correct answer via the same email template over and over again. CS is not reading the email just replying with a template they think fits.When the delivery should take place I received a noticed that I wasn't at home (I work 100% remote and I was at home). The parcel then was brought to an office that opens only from the morning until 14:30 and not on Saturdays. During my working hours. There are many offices in the city I live in that are open until 19:00-20:00 and on Saturdays. But no, this office was picked. Very convenient. NOT.I decided then that I would not pick up the parcel. This was in August. After 3 weeks the parcel would be automatically returned to the sender. I contacted CS and they confirmed this. This returning should have been done by the end of August. We are in October 2025 now and I still haven't been refunded the returned item.Over the past weeks I have been in contact with CS of TechInn many times. The problem with CS (when they are human and not only AI), they send and answer (template) back that doesn't even shrug the issues I've mentioned. Answering the item will be delivered soon. That I can track it etc. etc. It's about a return and refund!It wasn't a cheap item and I want my money back.There is no email address to be found from a complaint department. Which is Europe is an obligation. My advise: Don't buy from this company. Their Customer Support is not existing. There is no help at all. Better throw your money directly into the sea. In the meantime I just opened an Alternative Dispute Resolution. After many contact point I don't expect this company to help without further pressure.

Extremely poor returns process despite the company’s claim that returns are “free” and “no questions asked.” I had to send multiple emails over several weeks just to obtain a return label for a defective product. The refund was only processed nearly two months later, after repeated follow-ups.This contradicts the company’s advertised policy and demonstrates a lack of compliance with EU consumer protection standards regarding timely refunds and accessible return procedures.
Great coffee machine at a great price. Ordered from the UK late Saturday afternoon and it was packed and despatched the same day. Tracking provided throughout it's journey through Spanish borders and the UK. I was a little nervous ordering from abroad with a company I'd never used before but I needn't have worried, their service proved first class throughout. I would certainly use them again without hesitation.
I ordered a Naruto figurine from Bandai. Before placing the order, the site said delivery would take about 10 days. Once those 10 days passed, the delivery estimate was suddenly extended by another 15 days. Don’t trust their stated delivery times as they are very misleading. After checking Trustpilot and even ChatGPT, I found this seems to be a common issue with Techinn, so it’s on me for not researching properly beforehand.On the positive side, canceling the order was quick and smooth, so I’ll give them 2 stars for that. Still, I’m very disappointed and had to order from somewhere else instead.
I ordered a xbox controller said I was supposed to be here but sept 24/25 it's October 1 still waiting. I ordered it sept 9th and I see nothing for delivery other then ups is waiting on product about to get hold of PayPal since thats what I paid thru this is stupid!
