Great interface and Product TrainingThe website interface is extremely easy to use, and the product is even better. What really drives this home though is taking advantage of the free certificates that are packaged with the software. I was able to quickly learn how to navigate many of the powerful features in Snagit, and have used it for many work projects since. Now I don't want to be without it. It's a game changer in visual communication and screen capture, both video and static screens.

Awful customer service. AI answers are nonsense and not helping as usual. The customer service is not existing. 3 Mails without answer! So upset. I purchased the camtasia create licence. Got recipt, got my clients account, but no system key, so I basically can't use any of the features I bought. And in my account it says active from yesterday. In the end they could solve my problem it is now working although the sound program keeps continuously failing.
