I bought a bedspread from Aldriges of Bath auction. I was told to contact their partners for the delivery service who are auction logistics and work with them. I was given a quote for £66.00, a huge amount for one bedspread which cost much less than the delivery. The week before I had purchased another bedcover to come to the same address from an auction house in Milnthorp Cumbria who are superb, after you buy from them they notice you are some miles away and add on postage which came to £14.00. I will never buy from Aldriges of Bath, auction house ever again. I feel that The Saleroom needs to know of what is happening to the buyer who bids through their site.

First went on this website when i was looking for a few particular items. I entered the details of the items I was looking for. ThenI got notified by The Saleroom, as and when, items of this description became available. It's very simple to use. So far its been a great service, friendly and helpful. Changing my e mail address on the account

I missed an e mail but the customer service representative did not just ignore the query, but he e- mailed me to ask me could the case be closed and then I had a chance to state that I still required the initial service
