DEAR SIR/MADAMIN NOVEMBER 2021, I PLACED AN ORDER OF A DISCOUNTED CLEAVER FOR WHICH I RECEIVED THE ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AFTER THE CREDIT OF 88.60 DOLLARS BUT THE TRACKING OF THIS ORDER WAS NOT TRACEABLE DESPITE OF VARIOUS ATTEMPTS. THEN COMPLAINT WAS LODGED FROM MY SIDE ON E-MAIL ABOUT THIS ISSUE THOUGH ADVANCE PAYMENT WAS ALREADY DONE. THEN A LADY SPOKE TO ME ON E-MAIL AND NARRATED THAT THE COURIER SERVICE FOR PAKISTAN WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND SHE COMMITTED TO REIMBURSE MY AMOUNT AND IT WAS REIMBURSED. I AM THANKFUL TO HER ASSISTANCE IN THIS REGARD.AFTER GETTING MY AMOUNT BACK I DELETED ALL CORRESPONDENCE RECORD. BUT AMAZINGLY THAT CLEAVER WAS RECEIVED BY ME ON 17-01-2022. NOW I AM WORRIED THAT I GOT BACK MY AMOUNT AND CLEAVER HAS BEEN RECEIVED. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO? PLEASE CORRESPOND WITH ME IN THIS REGARD.MOREOVER, I DO NOT HAVE ANY DATA OR ORDER NUMBER TO TRACK THE RECORD. I really like your Hanta bushcraft knife.I owned several bushcraft knives from various makers, but honestly the functional design of your knife is beyond compare, it was really superb . The thickness and length of the blade is just right for outdoor tasks. Nevertheless, it would also be great if in the future, you could include a small sharpening stone bundled with the Hanta knife.
Oh hey - it arrived in time to be a Christmas present for my son. He is stretching his wings into being a foodie these days (he's over 40) and never had his very own knife. The knife was a hit - he loves the balance, the edge that stays nice and sharp for long periods...and he warns everyone else in his family off of using it!! lol Nice knife - I'll be looking at purchasing the others in the collection for a Christmas gift later this year. Yes I received the Serbian Cleaver before Christmas. It was a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it! He carved our Christmas turkey with it. It is a beautiful knife and is handsomely displayed in our kitchen. The ordering and delivery of the knife was seamless. We received the knife and my husband and I used it over the holidays for ham, filet mignon, and yesterday for pork butt. Both cooked and raw, it slices the meat so smoothly. I like the heaviness of the knife, it was perfect to crush the garlic cloves too. Excellent product, you guys should be proud of your creation. The knives I have received are excellent! Yes, you wash them by hand, dry and then oil them. That’s not hard to do and you’ll find them lasting you a lifetime. The edge is extremely sharp and cuts through your food like butter, so be careful
