I received my knife about a year ago. All I can say is the quality and construction of this is amazing!! It’s razor sharp and so durable!! I use it constantly!! If your in the market for the best knife out there look no further!! Love it!!
I purchased the Hantā™ Versatile Hand Forged Precision Knife and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very sharp out of the box. I like the size of it for camping but also use it in the kitchen for carving chicken as the shape of it makes separating the joints very easy (though a different technique is needed than a normal carving knife). Keep in mind it is high carbon steel, considered a good thing by many but make sure you know what that entails before purchasing as a little extra care for te knife is needed.

Just got my knives today & I had gone kayak fishing I caught a very nice size flounder I was very excited to give the bushcraft filet knife a shot. I was truly amazed at the handling and balance of this knife. With my old filet knife it would take me forever but with the bushcraft cooking guild the job was so easy I was able to get every bit of the meat from the flounder, thank y’all for a great product!Jill SC
I bought one of the knives for my husband's birthday after I watched a tik tok video! He was unsure at first because of the round handle but he very quickly fell in love with it! We use it for everything. Shipping was fast and service was great!
Picked up their fillet knife recently. Finally found a knife that would equal my old man’s quality knife that I used growing up! I am a fisherman so the flex is perfect for skinning fish, and recently made quick work at trimming up a pork tenderloin. It is razor sharp out of the box and light in the hand. It’s a welcome addition to my butcher block!
