I ADORE my new phone case

I adore my new phone case and phone strap! The dairy team is one of the kindest. I accidentally ordered the wrong case and they quickly got back to me to resolve and were beyond kind! The matching accessories are so fun & aesthetic! The phone strap helps recapture all those pictures easily almost like the third arm that we all need sometimes! This is my first dairy case, but not the last. I LOVE The Dairy!

Fantastic customer service!

I ordered a regular snap case from them and realized once I received it that I should have ordered the armored case. I emailed them, and they were more than happy to assist me. Their response time is very quick, and they are very accommodating to the customers' needs/concerns. I will absolutely be ordering from them in the future!

My customer service experience with The Dairy was incredible! I needed to order a different size for the case I had already received, and instead of going through the return process, they offered to send me a new case, free of charge, only asking me to pay the other one forward. The whole team is so kind, helpful, and quick to respond. I cannot wait to receive my case and already look forward to ordering from them again in the future.

The cases are super cute but they fade…

The cases are super cute but they fade significantly over time. I was sent a replacement case due to fading, however this has also faded. I don’t think this case is worth the money you pay.

A Phone Case Brand I Keep Coming Back To

I’ve had a few phone cases from The Dairy over the years and keep going back to them. The cases are really strong and protective, and they’ve got heaps of different designs so there’s something to suit everyone’s style. I’ve dropped my phone more than a few times and my screen is still completely intact, which says a lot. Their support team is also friendly and efficient whenever I’ve needed help. I’ve always been really happy with The Dairy and would definitely recommend them.
