Our rings were available on time and we had an appointment to check the fittings and make sure we were happyWe were very happy with the quality and the price agreed.Michael and Alex also resized my engagement ring, which we bought from a different online-store and unfortunately they got the size wrong twice. From the moment I walked in, I was put at ease and felt as though I was talking with someone I had known many years. I was guided through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. A great selection to look at to help you choose what you want. The engagement ring was made and delivered exactly when I was told it would be. Mr O'Sullivan crafted me a beautiful platinum band with an oval cut lab grown diamond that was even better than the image I had in my mind.
i had a fantastic experience with Michael while shopping for a diamond/platinum engagement ring. he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, & patient, & made the whole process as easy as possible. he was very open & honest & ended up charging me less than we’d initially agreed as the price of diamonds had dropped in the intervening couple of months. Michael gave me some solid advice & even suggested i consider lower spec stones but i was set on a DIF triple ex. he sourced the perfect stone for me & set it absolutely beautifully.i can’t thank him enough - truly fantastic service! i highly recommend the Diamond Ring Company if you’re in the market for similar jewellery.

We recently got our engagement ring through the Diamond Ring Company. We worked with Michael in what felt like a real partnership to build the perfect ring together - I proposed with earrings so we could experience this together.
