I sent Michael an initial inquiry about an engagement ring on behalf of my (future) brother-in-law. I didn't know much about jewellery but I gave a budget and a diamond shape and Michael took care of everything else! The selection of rings he had looked out were beautiful, and when we liked the diamond of one and the band of another he ordered this to be custom made.
